Open for Lunch and Dinner, A Terrazza is located on our panoramic terrace overlooking the Med, and offers a fine-dining, generous, locally-sourced and inspired cuisine.
Corsican-Italian Alessandro Capone, named Best Young Chef by the Gault-Millau France Guide in 2019, brings to your table his talentuous savoir-faire in assembling flavours, as well as his in-depth knowledge of Corsica and the Mediterranean’s best seasonal products and producers.
In addition, our light fare menu A Terrazzina is available at the restaurant from noon to 7:00PM, as well as later on for in-room dining.
BEACH & BAR
On warmer days, the aperitif takes place on the hotel’s beach, which welcomes you at sunset for an exceptional moment, with your feet on the sand. A selection of gourmet Piattini is offered as an accompaniment.
In the lounges of the hotel, from the aperitif to the digestive, our bar offers a selection of Corsican and French wines, a connoisseurs’ list of Champagne, carefully crafted cocktails and some of the world’s best spirits.
