A fine-dining restaurant in Ajaccio
On our sumptuous terrace overlooking the sea, our restaurant A Terrazza presents the delicate, creative, locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine of chef Jérôme Bemer, in two acts:
*Fine dining at A TERRAZZA every evening from Tuesday to Saturday, 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
*Chic brasserie A TERRAZZINA every lunchtime from 12 noon to 2pm, and on Sunday and Monday evenings (a selection of salads and light bites, plus hot specials).
Between meals, a light menu is served throughout the afternoon and evening, from 2.30pm to 9pm, and later still by room service for hotel guests.
An ode to the Mediterranean
On the large shaded terrace, an uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean is the backdrop to a unique gastronomic experience.
Each plate is composed in a ‘Corsican Riviera’ spirit from island farm produce, the local catch and foraged ingredients, bringing out with elegance and precision the true character of the sea and countryside around us.

The cellar at A TERRAZZA is an exceptional showcase for Corsica’s wine-growing terroirs: 106 wines, 71 of them from the island, cuvées of real character and a strong commitment to organic wines.
Some fifteen champagne houses complete this discerning collection.

The bar offers a carefully chosen selection of Corsican wines and others from further afield, connoisseurs’ champagnes and exceptional spirits.
To complete the experience, our signature cocktails, made in Corsica, celebrate the island’s flavours, among them the Clémentine Spritz and the Corsica Sun Mocktail.
