On our sumptuous terrace overlooking the sea, A Terrazza offers Chef Jérome Bemer’s delicate and creative Mediterranean cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients, served in two sittings:
*Gourmet dining every evening from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
*Bistronomic dining at ‘A Terrazzina’ every lunchtime from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm, as well as on Sunday and Monday evenings (a selection of salads and light bites, plus hot dishes).
For those feeling peckish at any time of day, a light menu is available from 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm, as well as later in the evening via room service for hotel guests.

On warmer days, the aperitif takes place on the hotel’s beach, which welcomes you at sunset for an exceptional moment, with your feet on the sand. A selection of gourmet Piattini is offered as an accompaniment.
In the lounges of the hotel, from the aperitif to the digestive, our bar offers a selection of Corsican and French wines, a connoisseurs’ list of Champagne, carefully crafted cocktails and some of the world’s best spirits.
