Corsica Dreaming

We are writing to you on one of those spring days, when Corsica looks like a beautiful painting, when the air is full of the scent of the maquis flowers and the azure blue sea holds the promise of long sunny days.

The Hotel Les Mouettes is now open, as is our sister property in the Cap Corse, the Castel Brando: this season we will welcome you with even more joy than usual.

It feels like life has been pretty much on hold for two long years, and the appetite for good things, sun, sea and the Mediterranean way of life has never been stronger.

We’re planning to live it fully, and really hope you can join us.

This year we will close our doors on November 7th, but meanwhile there are many nice surprises and good things waiting for you here.

By popular demand, our two restaurants, A Terrazza, our gourmet restaurant for dinner and A Terrazzina, our chic trattoria for lunch, are open daily.

Both hotel residents and external guests can now enjoy the seasonal and tasty Corsican-Italian inspired cuisine of Alessandro Capone, Gault & Millau’s best young Chef.

And also… enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea from the most beautiful terrace on the Gulf of Ajaccio, at any time.
